Mt. Ralston Properties Association uses a service called PayHOA, reachable on the web using payhoa.mtralston.com. It's purpose is to help manage important association business.
By creating a PayHOA account, you can:
Pay your water dues online
Update your contact information and how you’d like to receive notices and notifications about water system status
View important association documents
In the future, we may also use PayHOA for things like voting in Board of Director elections. Having an account helps you stay connected and informed — and makes managing things easier for everyone.
If you’re already a member, you should have received an invitation to join PayHOA by email or text message (sent to the contact information we have on file).
If you’re a new member (you recently bought a property), or if you didn’t receive the invite, just reach out to the Board of Directors using the Contact Us link on this website. We’ll be happy to help get you set up.
Updating your contact information—such as your email, phone number, or mailing address—is straightforward and can be done two ways:
Once you’re logged in, click My Profile, then go to Profile Settings.
You’ll see a Contact Info tab by default. On this page you can:
Add, edit, or remove email addresses or phone numbers.
Add a new mailing address if it’s different from your property address.
Choose which address, email, or phone to use as your primary contact.
Save your changes by clicking Update or Save as prompted.
Ask the Board to help you
If you’d rather not update your information online, you can contact the Board of Directors via the Contact Us link on this website. We’ll be happy to make the updates for you.

Pay with a credit or debit card via PayHOA
Follow the same login and invoice steps above.
Select credit/debit card to pay.
Note: this method incurs a processing fee of 3.25% + $0.50 per unit per payment, which will be added to your payment.
If you have questions or need help using PayHOA (such as how to set up autopay or add your bank account), we're happy to assist—just reach out via the Contact Us link.
If there’s an issue with the water system — such as a drop in water pressure or a boil water notice — a board member will send out a notification using your preferred contact method (email or text), based on the preferences you set in your PayHOA account.
The board will do its best to send notices promptly and, when possible, will notify only the homes directly affected (if the issue is limited to a certain segment of the system). In case of an extended issue lasting more than a day a notice will also be posted on this website.
Please note: Only active water users will receive these alerts. Properties that are eligible for a water hookup but not currently connected will not be notified.
The best way to get to know the community is to take a walk through the neighborhood during a busy weekend. Stroll along Sierra Pines Road and Mt. Ralston Road, where you’re likely to meet friendly residents out enjoying the area.
Many of your future neighbors will be happy to chat — sharing stories from years past, their experience during the Caldor Fire and the rebuilding that followed, and offering helpful local tips and recommendations. It’s a great way to get a true feel for life in this unique mountain community.
Please use the Contact Us link on this website to reach out to the Board of Directors. We’ll be happy to check the property’s status and let you know if it’s eligible for a water hookup through the association.
